What is the Dashboard? – Contributor Support

The dashboard is a centralized space where Contributors are able to access and view a part of their Contributor journey.

How to Access Dashboard?

1. 1. Go to Viki.com
  2. Click on “Community” located on the top center of the page:
  3. This will take you to your Dashboard (which has a white background).

Dashboard functions:

As time progresses and you continue to grow as a Contributor, your Viki Dashboard will begin to look a little different than when you first joined the Viki Contributor Community. However, these are a couple of things that you will continue to be able to find in your Dashboard no matter where you are in your Contributor journey:

1. 1. Your username
  2. Your name
  3. The date you joined Viki
  4. Total number of Contributions you have created
    1. How many Segments and/or Subtitles
  5. QC Tier Level
  6. Your contribution Progress towards earning & renewing QC status.

As a new User/Contributor you will see:

1. Contributor Guidelines
2. A short guide on “How to be a Subtitler” and “How to be a Segmenter”
3. Option to create Sample Videos
4. Helpful information on “How to find a project and join a team”
5. Guide to Contributor roles

As a more experienced user:

1. The badges you have earned
2. Number of Moderator Roles
3. Project Contributions & Recent Contributions
4. Followers & Following
5. Sample Videos (if you created any before making 3,000+ contributions)
