Q: How do I qualify for the 2025 year-end QC gift?
A: You may qualify for the 2025 year-end gift if you meet both of these requirements:
• You maintained active QC (Qualified Contributor) status at some point during 2025.
• You earned greater or equal to 1,000 contribution points during 2025 and still had a minimum of 1,000 of those contribution points on December 31, 2025. For example, if you earned 1,000 contribution points during 2025 but had 400 points deleted, you will not be eligible for a 2025 year-end QC gift.
Q: What does active QC status mean?
A: Active QC status means a Contributor’s Qualified Contributor or Gold Qualified Contributor status has not expired. To maintain active QC status, a Contributor must make at least 500 contributions every 6 months.

Q: When will I receive information about the 2025 year-end QC gift?
A: If you meet the requirements for the 2025 year-end QC gift, you will receive a gift form via email and PM by January 20, 2026 (PT).
Please do not share your gift form! We will check each form submission and only deliver gifts to those verified as eligible.
Q: I believe I qualify for the 2025 year-end QC gift, but I did not receive a gift form. What should I do?
A: If you believe you have met the requirements for the 2025 year-end QC gift and did not receive a form by January 20, 2026 (PT), you may submit a ticket through our Contributor Help Center (select “Contributor Perks” from the ticket dropdown).
Before submitting a ticket, please check your email’s spam and/or promotional folders, as well as your Viki PM inbox, to verify the gift form was not accidentally misrouted or overlooked.
Q: Can I change or update my information after I’ve submitted my gift form?
A: If you need to change or update any information before the January 28, 2026 (PT) deadline, please submit a new form. We will use the information from your most recent submission and disregard any earlier ones. However, once the deadline has passed, we are unable to accommodate any changes or updates. We kindly ask you to TRIPLE-check that all the information you are providing is accurate before submitting.
Q: Can I submit the gift form after the deadline?
A: The gift form will automatically close once the deadline of January 31, 2026 @ 11:59 PM PT has passed and we won't be able to process any gift forms or accept information submitted after this date. We highly encourage everyone to submit their forms well in advance of the deadline.
Q: Will there be a digital option for the 2025 year-end QC gift?
A: While we know that digital gifts are often a great choice for flexibility, we have opted to commemorate the end of the QC gift program with a physical gift. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: If I qualify for a 2025 year-end QC gift, how many gifts will I receive?
A: Every Contributor who qualifies will receive one (1) year-end gift, regardless of their number of contribution points or circumstances. A gentle reminder that per our Viki Terms of Use, an individual may only create one Viki account.
