How to report abuse or spam on Viki

If you have received or noticed the following, please report them to us:

• Spam through a Private Message (PM) or in the comment section.
• Inappropriate segmenting or subtitling from Contributors.
• Inactive Channel Managers or Moderators.

Reporting Abuse

1. 1. Go to the users' profile you would like to report.
   2. Select the Flag icon under the user information section on Overview. 
      
      
      
   3. After selecting the flag icon, "Submit a Request" form will prompt additional information specific to the case.
      
      
      1. Fill out the information requested on the next screen with as many details as possible and submit. One of our team members will look into it and take the appropriate action.
